ORDERS

At Studio Selim, most of our products are handcrafted and made to order.

Once your order is confirmed, production begins especially for you.

Orders are prepared within 4–7 business days, depending on the workload and product type.

Once production is completed, your order is shipped immediately.

All orders are fulfilled in the order they are received to ensure fairness and equal treatment for all customers.

SHIPPING

We currently ship within Egypt.

• Delivery time: 4–7 business days
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
• We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Once your order is shipped, our team will contact you if needed to confirm delivery details.

PAYMENT METHODS

We offer secure and trusted payment options, including:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Online payment methods (credit/debit cards, where available)

All payments are processed through secure systems to ensure your information is fully protected.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Customer satisfaction is very important to us.

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving the order.
• The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with the original invoice.

Please note:

• Customized or personalized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is due to a manufacturing defect.

If a product has a manufacturing issue, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund after inspection.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Leather is a natural material, and no two hides are exactly the same.

This means that each Studio Selim product is unique, with natural variations in texture and tone.

If a specific leather is unavailable at the time of production, we may suggest a similar alternative of equal quality. Leather availability may vary depending on supply and demand.
